Job summary

FirstRand Bank Limited is seeking an External Sales and Service Advisor Lead to drive sales within the Richards Bay region. You will apply established processes to meet targets, build strong client relationships through exceptional service, and manage the end-to-end client journey from lead to close.

You will maintain product knowledge, stay ahead of market trends, and seek cross-sell opportunities while ensuring governance and regulatory requirements are met.

Qualifications

• FSCA FAIS Level 5 qualification or higher.
• First Level Regulatory Examination completed.
• Credit record check required under NCA regulations.
• Knowledge of governance/audit requirements relevant to credit and lending.

Responsibilities

• Apply sales processes within area to achieve targets and build client relationships.
• Deliver end-to-end client management: engage, assess needs, facilitate application, close deals, and address post-sale queries.
• Source new leads and convert opportunities to increase client base and portfolio.
