Job summary

FNB South Africa is seeking an External Sales and Service Advisor Lead to drive sales performance within an assigned area by applying established processes, building strong client relationships, and delivering exceptional service.

You will manage end-to-end client engagement, targeting, cross-selling, and governance in a compliant banking environment, leveraging collaboration opportunities and a dynamic team culture at FNB South Africa.

Qualifications

• FSCA FAIS NQF 5 qualification is required.
• First Level Regulatory Examination completed is required.
• Understanding of financial products and regulatory environment.

Responsibilities

• Apply appropriate sales processes within area of responsibility to achieve sales targets and build client relationships.
• Deliver end-to-end client management: engagement, proposals, credit process, and post-sales support.
• Identify and capitalise on new business opportunities by monitoring market trends and competitors.
• Track sales activities to meet targets while ensuring quality and compliance with governance and audit requirements.
• Source qualified leads and convert opportunities to sales, expanding the client base.
