FNB invites applications for a External Sales and Service Advisor Lead role. You will drive sales performance by applying established processes, build strong client relationships, and deliver exceptional service to sustain a superior customer experience.

The ideal candidate has FSCA-recognised FAIS NQF Level 5 or higher and has completed the First Level Regulatory Examination. Opportunities exist to network, collaborate, and innovate within a challenging environment.

Competenze

• FSCA recognised FAIS relevant NQF Level 5 qualification or higher.
• First Level Regulatory Examination completed.

Mansioni

• Apply sales processes within area to achieve targets and build client relationships.
• Deliver end-to-end client management through engagement, approvals, and post-sale support.
• Identify and source qualified leads, contact prospective clients, and sell banking products.
• Maintain knowledge on product pricing, application procedures, processing, and timelines to hit targets.
• Track sales activities to meet predefined targets and quality standards.
