FNB is seeking an External Sales and Service Advisor Lead in Durban to drive sales performance by applying established processes and delivering exceptional service. You will build strong client relationships, manage the end-to-end sales cycle, and identify market opportunities to grow the customer base.

As part of the team, you will network, comply with regulatory requirements, and work toward exceeding targets while delivering value-adding solutions to clients.

Qualifications

• Completed FSCA recognized FAIS relevant NQF Level 5 Qualification or high qualification.
• Completed First Level Regulatory Examination

Responsabilités

• Apply appropriate sales processes within area of responsibility to achieve sales targets and build client relationships.
• Retrieve qualified leads from internal channel sales pipeline and contact existing or new customers to generate a sale.
• Contact prospective clients and sell banking products to achieve sales targets.
• Deliver end-to-end client management: engage, facilitate application, coordinate with credit, close deals, handle post-sales queries.
• Analyse competitor information and monitor market trends to identify new opportunities.
• Track, control and influence sales activities to meet targets in line with quality and productivity requirements.
