Job summary

FNB is seeking an External Sales and Service Advisor Lead in Durban to drive sales by applying established processes, building strong client relationships, and delivering exceptional service. Qualifications

• FSCA recognized FAIS NQF Level 5 qualification or higher is required.
• First Level Regulatory Examination is required.
• Credit record check will be conducted in line with NCA

Responsibilities

• Apply appropriate sales processes within area of responsibility to achieve sales targets and build client relationships.
• Retrieve qualified leads from internal channels; contact existing or new clients to generate a sale.
• Source new leads through external contacts and other channels to grow the client base.
• Contact prospective clients and sell banking products to achieve sales targets.
• Deliver end-to-end client management, from engagement to post-sales support.
