FNB in Cape Town seeks an External Sales and Service Advisor Lead to drive sales by applying established processes, build strong client relationships, and deliver exceptional service across the assigned area.

You will respond to leads, promote banking products, ensure governance compliance, and manage the end-to-end client journey from application to post-sale support. A FAIS NQF Level 5 and First Level Regulatory Examination are required.

Qualifications

• FSCA recognized FAIS NQF Level 5 qualification or higher.
• First Level Regulatory Examination completed.
• Knowledge of governance and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to source leads and close sales.

Responsabilités

• Apply appropriate sales processes within area of responsibility to achieve sales targets.
• Build and sustain strong client relationships through effective engagement and service delivery.
• Deliver end-to-end client management from application to post-sale support.
• Identify new business opportunities and cross-sell to portfolio of clients.
• Maintain knowledge of products, pricing, and application timelines to drive targets.
