You will manage the end-to-end client journey, from lead generation to proposal, credit, and post-sale support, contributing to a superior customer experience in the region.

Qualifications

• FSCA FAIS relevant NQF Level 5 qualification.
• First Level Regulatory Examination completed.

Responsibilities

• Apply sales processes within the area of responsibility to achieve targets and build client relationships.
• Maintain strong customer relationships through effective engagement and service delivery.
• Deliver end-to-end client management from inquiry to close and post-sale follow-up.
• Track market trends, identify opportunities, and support cross-sell where appropriate.
