• Maintain expert knowledge on products, pricing, application procedures, processing, and timelines to drive and achieve sales targets; ensure governance and audit compliance; retrieve qualified leads and engage clients to generate sales.
• Source new leads through external contacts to expand the customer base; contact prospective clients and sell banking products to meet targets.
• Deliver end-to-end client management through engagement, facilitate applications, prepare proposals to credit, manage dependencies, close deals, and address post-sales queries.
• Analyze competitor information, monitor market trends, identify new business opportunities, and track sales activities to achieve targets; commit to personal development.
