Job summary

FirstRand Limited, operating through FNB, seeks a driven External Sales and Service Advisor Lead to drive sales performance and sustain strong client relationships within the Kathu area. The role emphasizes applying established processes, delivering exceptional service, and supporting team success.

Ideal candidates will have FSCA FAIS Level 5 qualification or higher and the First Level Regulatory Examination, with a focus on understanding market needs and delivering value-added banking solutions

Qualifications

• Must have FSCA recognized FAIS Level 5 qualification or higher.
• Must have completed First Level Regulatory Examination.

Responsibilities

• Apply sales processes within area to achieve targets and build client relationships.
• Deliver end-to-end client management and guide the credit/approval process where required.
• Maximise cross-sell opportunities and maintain knowledge of product pricing and procedures.
• Provide exceptional service and governance in line with regulatory requirements.
