Job summary

FirstRand Limited is seeking an External Sales and Service Advisor to deliver exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced banking environment in Durban. You will respond to individual needs, propose tailored solutions, and manage the end-to-end client journey from prospecting to closing.

The role focuses on achieving sales targets, building client relationships, and delivering value-added banking products while ensuring governance and compliance with regulations.

Qualifications

• Completed a FSCA recognized FAIS relevant NQF Level 5 Qualification or high qualification.
• Completed First Level Regulatory Examination.

Responsibilities

• Apply appropriate sales processes within area of responsibility to achieve sales targets and build client relationships.
• Deliver end-to-end client management by engaging with the client on milestones, facilitating the application process, and closing deals.
• Maintain knowledge of products, pricing, procedures, and timelines to drive sales targets.
• Identify and source new leads through internal and external channels to grow the customer base.
• Track sales activities to meet quality, productivity and sales requirements.
