Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Economics or related field.
• 8–12 years' experience in Transactional Banking or Corporate Banking.
• Proven revenue growth and client acquisition in corporate portfolios.
• Experience leading sector-based sales teams in complex organisations.
• Strong governance, risk and regulatory compliance understanding.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sector TB sales strategy.
• Drive revenue growth and wallet share across sector.
• Lead integrated TB solutions across cash, payments, liquidity.
• Build executive relationships and manage key client opportunities.
• Coach and develop high-performing sales teams.
