• MBA or related field is required.
• 8+ years of experience in executive search or senior talent acquisition.
• Proven track record of placing C-suite executives (CEO, CFO, COO, CIO).
• Exceptional market knowledge and client relationship skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead executive search mandates from intake to placement.
• Develop search strategies including mapping and outreach.
• Assess candidates and present shortlists with evaluation reports.
• Advise clients on executive talent, market trends and compensation.
• Manage offer negotiations and onboarding for placed executives.
