Placements24 is seeking an Executive Recruitment Partner to join our client’s team in Tembisa, Gauteng. You will lead senior-level searches, partnering with CEOs and boards to attract top leadership talent across industries.

You will design advanced search strategies, conduct competency-based assessments, and negotiate sophisticated compensation packages, while upholding the highest standards of discretion and client service. Experience in a consultancy environment is essential.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in MBA/HR or related field; professional certification is highly regarded.
• Minimum 7 years in executive search, retained search, or high-level recruitment in a consultancy.
• Proven success placing senior leaders (CEO, CFO, COO, VPs, Directors) across industries.

Responsibilities

• Lead executive search assignments from inception to completion with C-suite partners.
• Develop sophisticated search strategies to identify top talent globally and locally.
• Conduct competency-based interviews to assess leadership and cultural fit.
• Build and maintain a network of executive candidates and industry influencers.
• Advise clients on market intelligence, compensation benchmarking, and talent strategy.
• Negotiate compensation packages and facilitate onboarding.
