Qualifications

• Proven track record filling C-suite or director-level roles.

• Excellent communication and influencing abilities.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Psychology or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive market research and talent mapping for executive roles.
• Execute full-cycle executive searches from client brief to offer & acceptance.
• Build and maintain a strong network of senior-level candidates and influencers.
• Develop candidate profiles and present shortlisted candidates with insights.
• Advise clients on leadership talent acquisition strategies.
• Ensure adherence to ethical standards and best practices in search methods.
