Qualifications

• 8+ years in executive search or senior recruitment.
• Proven track record placing C-suite and senior leaders.
• Strong market knowledge and networking.
• Bachelor’s degree; Master’s preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market mapping to identify senior leadership candidates.
• Execute end-to-end executive search from sourcing to client presentation.
• Build relationships with senior executives and industry leaders.
• Partner with clients to understand culture and leadership needs.
• Develop candidate profiles and engagement strategies.
• Conduct behavioral and competency interviews.
• Manage offers and onboarding for placed executives.
• Support business development by identifying client needs.
• Represent the firm professionally with high ethical standards.
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to knowledge base.
