Qualifications

• 7–10 years in executive search or senior recruitment
• Proven track record placing C-suite and senior leaders
• Strong executive assessment and candidate evaluation skills
• Excellent networking and relationship-building abilities

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage complex executive search assignments from inception to completion
• Develop and execute sophisticated sourcing strategies to identify top candidates globally
• Conduct competency-based interviews and comprehensive reference checks for executives
• Build and maintain relationships with senior executives and client decision-makers
• Provide market intelligence and strategic advice on talent acquisition and leadership challenges
• Mentor and develop a team of recruitment consultants
• Contribute to business development and expand service offerings
• Ensure high client satisfaction and candidate experience throughout the process
• Represent the firm at industry forums and events
• Maintain confidentiality and professional ethics
