Qualifications

• 7+ years in executive search or retained recruitment.
• Proven success placing C-suite, VP, or Director roles.
• Ability to engage senior executives and build credibility.
• Excellent research, analytical, and strategic thinking.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of diverse industries and leadership competencies.
• Experience with advanced search methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Conduct needs assessments with clients to define executive talent requirements.
• Develop targeted search strategies to identify and attract senior candidates.
• Manage full executive search process from briefing to placement.
• Perform behavioral interviews and reference checks.
• Build networks and market intelligence across industries.
• Prepare candidate reports and client presentations.
