Responsibilities

• Conduct searches for executive-level positions, including CEOs, Directors, and VPs.
• Build and maintain a strong network of senior-level contacts and passive candidates in Cape Town.
• Partner with clients to define mandates, assess needs, and develop sourcing strategies.
• Manage the entire executive search process from briefing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Prepare detailed market intelligence reports and candidate profiles for client presentations.
