Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Psychology or related field; MBA or relevant Master's degree is advantageous.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in executive search, retained recruitment, or senior-level talent acquisition.
• Proven success in completing complex searches for executive-level positions.
• Exceptional networking and relationship-building skills with senior professionals.
• Strong understanding of business strategy and organizational dynamics.
• Excellent interviewing, assessment, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in executive search methodologies and market mapping techniques.
• Superior written and verbal communication skills.
• High degree of professionalism, discretion, and ethical conduct.
• Ability to operate effectively in a client-facing role in Rustenburg, North West.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive executive search assignments for C-suite, board-level, and senior leadership roles.
• Develop and execute targeted search strategies to identify and attract passive and active candidates.
• Build and nurture a strong network of senior-level contacts across diverse industries.
• Conduct thorough candidate assessments, including in-depth interviews, reference checks, and psychometric evaluations where appropriate.
• Provide expert consultation to clients on executive compensation, market trends, and talent acquisition strategies.
• Manage the entire search process from initial client engagement to offer negotiation and closing.
• Prepare compelling candidate profiles and market intelligence reports for clients.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, building long-term partnerships based on expertise and integrity.
• Collaborate with internal teams to leverage market insights and enhance service delivery.
• Represent the consultancy professionally at industry events and networking functions.
