• Bachelor's degree; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.

Responsibilities

This is a strategic position responsible for identifying and placing C-suite and senior leadership talent within these vital industries. You will leverage your extensive network, market expertise, and sophisticated search methodologies to engage top-tier executives. Key Responsibilities

• Conducting comprehensive executive search assignments for board-level, C-suite, and senior management positions.
• Developing detailed search strategies and target lists for each assignment.

Requirements

• A minimum of 8 years of experience in executive search, with a strong track record in the Mining and/or Energy sectors.
• Demonstrated success in completing senior-level placements (e.g., CEO, COO, CFO, VP roles).
• Exceptional research, networking, and candidate engagement skills.
• Deep understanding of the operational, commercial, and strategic aspects of the Mining and Energy industries.
