You will leverage your network, market expertise and rigorous search methods to engage top executives across Durban and globally.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in executive search with a track record in Mining or Energy.
• Proven senior-level placements (CEO, COO, CFO, VP).
• Strong research, networking and candidate engagement skills.
• Deep knowledge of Mining and Energy operations and strategy.
• Ability to win client relationships and generate new business.
• Bachelor's degree; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead executive search assignments for board-level and C-suite roles.
• Develop search strategies and target lists for each assignment.
• Identify and engage passive candidates via research and outreach.
• Assess candidates through interviews and reference checks.
• Build relationships with Mining and Energy clients.
• Provide market intelligence and leadership talent advice.
• Manage searches end-to-end with a strong candidate experience.
• Support business development and client opportunities.
• Mentor junior consultants and stay updated on industry trends.
