Key Responsibilities

• Developing and executing effective sourcing strategies to uncover passive candidates who are not actively seeking new opportunities.

Requirements

A minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in executive search, with a strong emphasis on the finance and banking sectors. Proven success in completing senior-level mandates, including Board, CEO, CFO, and other C-suite appointments. In-depth knowledge of the financial services industry, including regulatory environments and key players. Exceptional networking, research, and candidate engagement skills. Outstanding communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities. Demonstrated ability to build rapport and trust with senior executives. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a meticulous attention to detail. A Bachelor's degree is required; a Master's degree or MBA is highly advantageous.
