Qualifications

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
• Develop compelling candidate profiles and present shortlists to clients.

Requirements

• A minimum of 7 years of experience in executive search or executive recruitment, specifically within the finance domain.
• Proven track record of successfully placing C-suite and senior-level executives in financial services.
• Deep understanding of the financial services industry, including banking, investment, and insurance sectors.
• Exceptional research, analytical, and diagnostic interviewing skills.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities, with the capacity to engage senior executives.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex search assignments concurrently.
• Proficiency with executive search databases and recruitment technologies.
• A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is required; a Master’s degree is advantageous.
