Placements24 is seeking an experienced Executive Search Consultant to strengthen the finance division in Gauteng. You will identify, engage and place top-tier finance executives for leading organizations, building networks and delivering strategic talent solutions.

Based in Tembisa offices, you will drive market research, candidate assessment, and client advisory, overseeing end-to-end search processes and negotiating complex compensation packages.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years in executive search or recruitment in the finance domain.
• Track record of placing C-suite and senior-level executives in financial services.
• Strong understanding of banking, investment and insurance sectors.
• Exceptional research, analytical and interviewing skills.
• Outstanding interpersonal abilities to engage senior executives.
• Ability to manage multiple complex search assignments concurrently.
• Proficient with executive search databases and recruitment technologies.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Business; Master’s preferred.
• Unquestionable integrity and discretion.
