Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive experience in executive search, with a demonstrable track record in financial services recruitment.
• Proven ability to successfully complete senior-level placements and manage demanding search mandates.
• Deep understanding of the financial services industry, including banking, investment management, and fintech.
• Exceptional research, analytical, and candidate assessment skills.
• Outstanding communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
• A strong network of contacts within the South African and international finance sectors.
• Demonstrated success in business development and client relationship management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent is highly desirable.
