Job summary

Nedbank is seeking a Divisional Executive for Deposit Solutions in Johannesburg to provide executive leadership and end-to-end accountability for strategy, growth and value creation across the deposit franchise.

The role drives portfolio performance, governance, risk and transformation while aligning with Transactional Services, Treasury and client-facing businesses to deliver sustainable value for clients and Nedbank.

Qualifications

Professional Qualifications/Honour’s Degree (Commercial, Legal/Sciences/Accounting).
Masters Degree.
10–12 years’ experience in product leadership, banking, deposits or liquidity.
Experience in strategy development, governance and stakeholder leadership.

Responsibilities

Set and oversee Deposit Solutions strategy and operating model.
Lead cross-functional alignment between product, sales and stakeholder functions.
Drive deposit growth, portfolio optimisation and pricing.
Oversee governance, risk and control for the franchise.
Build leadership capability and succession pipelines.
Ensure disciplined performance management and execution.
Represent Deposit Solutions in executive governance forums.
