Job summary

Nedbank is seeking a Senior Transactional Services (TS) relationship lead to drive client strategy, diagnose treasury needs and originate sustainable opportunities within an assigned portfolio in Johannesburg. You will orchestrate cross-functional teams, shape integrated TS propositions and oversee pricing, approvals and revenue realization, while maintaining strong governance and client delivery.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years in relevant TS, banking sales, treasury or working capital.
• Strong understanding of working capital lending and TS solutions.
• Experience with senior client engagement and complex opportunity origination.

Responsibilities

• Own the TS client agenda and maintain client-level strategies and plans.
• Originate, qualify and convert opportunities across existing and new clients.
• Lead strategic client discussions diagnosing needs across cash management, payments, liquidity, and related TS services.
• Translate client needs into multi-product propositions with Product and other specialists.
• Develop commercial strategy and pricing; assess revenue, cost-to-serve and risk-adjusted return.
• Lead proposals, negotiations and close with senior clients.
• Maintain accurate opportunity records, forecasts and revenue realization.
• Mobilise cross-functional partners around client outcomes and smooth handover to delivery.
• Drive client adoption, retention, cross-sell and expansion opportunities.
