You will mobilise cross-functional teams, shape integrated value propositions, lead negotiations, manage the pipeline, and deliver revenue realisation while maintaining risk and compliance standards.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years' experience in TS, banking sales, or treasury with senior client engagement.
• Strong understanding of working capital and transactional banking solutions.
• Proven ability to diagnose client needs and translate into multi-product propositions.

Responsabilités

• Own the TS client agenda with tailored strategies and account plans.
• Originate and qualify opportunities across existing and new clients.
• Lead insight‑led advisory on cash management, payments, liquidity and related services.
• Shape integrated propositions and confirm feasibility and value.
• Lead commercial structuring, pricing, and profitability analysis.
• Pitch, negotiate and close deals through complex negotiations.
• Manage pipeline and forecast with clear action plans.
