Qualifications

• 8-10 years proven sales track record in financial services.
• Advanced product knowledge including specialized products and financial structures.
• Advanced experience and knowledge in Credit and Compliance matters.
• Negotiating skills and conflict handling.
• Significant people management experience, leading teams and motivating people.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Enterprise Direct capability in a Province.
• Deliver the Provincial Enterprise Direct value proposition to grow the customer base.
• Support Head, Enterprise Direct to drive and deliver value-added sales and service solutions.
• Ensure day-to-day Enterprise Direct operations are coordinated effectively across value chain functions.
