Job summary

Be Different Sa (Pty) Ltd in Centurion, Gauteng is seeking an Account Executive (Technology & Public Sector) to protect and maximise value from an existing strategic contract, ensuring governance, service performance and commercial outcomes.

You will lead a matrix team, manage stakeholder relationships across the client and public sector, and drive risk, compliance and value realisation while maintaining day-to-day service oversight.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in enterprise technology, managed services or strategic account management.
• Experience with complex contracts and multi-stakeholder governance.
• Executive engagement with governance, escalation and performance discussions.
• Exposure to SLA-driven services, risk reporting and commercial governance.
• Evidence of value realisation, renewal/readiness reporting and contract change management.

Responsibilities

• Maintain an executive, well-governed client relationship with public sector stakeholders.
• Keep a current view of contractual obligations, SLAs, variations and risks.
• Provide oversight of service performance and incident handling without owning service delivery.
• Protect revenue, margin and billing integrity through disciplined reviews and escalations.
• Drive value-realisation linking outcomes to client priorities and renewal readiness.
• Lead a matrix account team with clear ownership and decision routes.
