Placements24 seeks a creative and meticulous Events Coordinator to design and deliver sports events and functions in the Paarl region. You will manage logistics, liaise with clients and vendors, and ensure every event meets expectations while enhancing the venue’s reputation.

The role covers end-to-end planning, budgeting, on-site management, and post-event debriefs, with opportunities to work on diverse events and develop hospitality skills in a dynamic team.

About the Role

Our client seeks a creative and meticulous Events Coordinator specializing in sports events and functions in Paarl . This role is responsible for the planning, organization, and execution of a wide range of events, from local sporting competitions to corporate functions and private celebrations. You will manage all logistical aspects, liaise with clients and vendors, and ensure seamless event delivery that meets and exceeds expectations, fostering a positive reputation for the venue and its event services within the community.

Key Responsibilities
