About the Role

This role is pivotal in driving event revenue and ensuring flawless execution of corporate and private events hosted at their premier venue. You will be responsible for generating leads, negotiating contracts, and managing all logistical aspects of events, from initial client contact through to post-event follow-up. The ideal candidate possesses exceptional sales acumen, meticulous planning skills, and a passion for creating memorable event experiences that exceed client expectations, contributing significantly to the venue's reputation and success.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to attract new corporate and private clients for event bookings, actively prospecting and following up on leads.
• Conduct venue tours for prospective clients, effectively presenting venue capabilities and tailoring proposals to meet specific event requirements and budgets.
• Negotiate contracts and service agreements, ensuring favorable terms for both the client and the venue while maximizing profitability.
• Manage all aspects of event planning and execution, including vendor coordination, catering arrangements, audiovisual setup, and on-site event management to ensure seamless delivery.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service throughout the entire event planning process and post-event.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, catering, and operations, to ensure cohesive event execution and client satisfaction.

Requirements

• Proven track record in event sales and management, with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and client relationship management skills.
