Placements24 is seeking an experienced Event Planning Specialist to join their team in Benoni. You will conceptualize, plan, and execute a wide range of events from corporate functions to social gatherings, working closely with clients to understand their vision and manage budgets and vendors to deliver memorable experiences.

The role requires strong organizational and project management skills, attention to detail, and a creative approach to event design in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in event planning or coordination.
• Ability to manage multiple events simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
