Job summary

Astor Motor Recruitment is seeking a Service Advisor in Cape Town's Northern Suburbs to manage service and repair bookings, coordinate workshop activities and field service, and uphold excellent customer relationships. You will explain preventative maintenance, stay updated on EV systems and batteries, and spot sales opportunities while ensuring customers are informed throughout the process.

• Matric certificate is required.
• 2 years of Service Advisor experience in a franchised motor dealership or related industry.
• Excellent written and verbal English and Afrikaans communication skills.
• Knowledge of EV concepts and batteries is beneficial.
• Must have a valid Driver's License.
• Own reliable transport and residence in the Northern Suburbs.

Responsibilities

• Manage service and repair bookings for customers.
• Coordinate workshop and field service activities to keep technicians productive.
• Maintain proactive communication with customers throughout the repair/service process.
