HotelJobs in Stellenbosch is seeking an organised Reservationist for a Luxury Wine Estate. You will handle enquiries, process bookings, manage the PMS, and coordinate with Operations, Sales and Front Office to maximise guest satisfaction and revenue.

The role requires 2–3 years' reservations experience in luxury hospitality, fluent English, strong communication skills and attention to detail. Availability for weekends and public holidays is expected as shifts rotate.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 / Matric is required.
• Diploma in Hospitality, Travel or Tourism preferred.
• 2–3 years’ reservations experience in luxury hospitality preferred.
• Knowledge of PMS and OTAs beneficial.
• Fluent English; additional languages advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Handle reservation enquiries via phone, email, and enquiries promptly and professionally.
• Process reservations, manage provisional bookings and update the PMS.
• Ensure rates, confirmations, deposits, guest details and special requests are accurate.
• Assist with concierge services and advance bookings of estate facilities.
• Monitor daily arrivals and confirm bookings during high occupancy.
• Maximise revenue through upselling opportunities and apply cancellation/no-show policies.
• Maintain reservation records and guest histories; share information with Operations, Sales and Front Office.
