Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Industrial Psychology or related field.
• Solid understanding of HR principles, especially recruitment.

• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
• Internship or work experience in HR is a plus.
• Familiarity with HRIS software is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Assist in full recruitment cycle from sourcing to interviews and offers.
• Develop and post job advertisements on various platforms.
• Conduct initial candidate screenings and assessments.
• Coordinate onboarding for new hires.
• Maintain employee records and HRIS data accuracy.
• Support employee relations and internal investigations.
• Help develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
• Organize HR-related training and development programs.
• Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and events.
• Respond to employee queries on HR policies and benefits.
