Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, psychology, business administration or related field.
• Strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication abilities.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking capabilities.
• Familiarity with ATS and MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Source and screen candidates for varied roles.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
• Maintain candidate databases and ATS records.
• Prepare candidate profiles and interview summaries.
• Assist with onboarding documentation and processes.
• Post jobs and assist with advertising on platforms.
• Conduct initial phone screenings and assessments.
• Support recruitment team on special projects.
