This role oversees a team of HR professionals and requires strong leadership to shape culture and performance. The ideal candidate has 8+ years of progressive HR experience, including 3-5 years in a senior leadership role, and a Masters degree in a related field.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 8+ years HR experience with 3-5 years in a management/senior leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of employment law and compensation strategies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the HR strategy to support growth and objectives.
• Oversee talent acquisition, compensation, employee relations, and performance management.
• Lead and develop the HR team to foster a high-performance culture.
• Ensure compliance with SA labor laws and regulations.
