Qualifications

• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Experience in software, technology or B2B sales.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to present complex solutions clearly to diverse stakeholders.
• Well-organised with attention to detail and self-motivation.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities and prospective clients.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through to closing.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients.
• Understand customer requirements and position software solutions.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
• Prepare quotations, proposals and sales presentations.
• Follow up on leads and maintain an accurate sales pipeline.
• Meet and exceed agreed sales targets and KPIs.
• Support existing customers with upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
