Job summary

Netstar is expanding its Enterprise Fleet division and is seeking a relentless B2B Sales Hunter in Cape Town. You will prospect, engage C-level executives, demonstrate the value of telematics and IoT fleet solutions, and close high‑value contracts across medium-to-large fleets.

Required: 3–5+ years of verified B2B direct sales, own reliable vehicle and a valid driver’s license, and willingness to travel daily within the territory. A highly lucrative uncapped commission awaits.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of verified B2B direct sales experience, preferably within telematics, fleet management, or enterprise SaaS.
• Own reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license (South Africa Code 8 B) mandatory.
• Proven track record of meeting monthly new-business targets.
• Mobility to travel across the territory daily.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, cold-call, network, and convert enterprise B2B fleet opportunities from scratch.
• Pitch complex telematics, driver behavior monitoring, cold-chain monitoring, asset tracking, and fleet safety technologies.
• Engage confidently with C-level executives, Supply Chain Directors, and Fleet Managers to build credibility and long‑term pipeline.
• Manage full commercial negotiations, SLAs, and financing structures.
