Job summary

Netstar is expanding its Enterprise Fleet division and seeks a B2B Sales Hunter who excels at opening doors with medium-to-large fleets. This role targets telematics, IoT fleet solutions, and drives high-value contracts.

In this field-based position, you will build relationships with C-level executives and Fleet Managers, conduct needs analyses, and close complex deals while meeting aggressive targets and SLAs.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of verified B2B direct sales/hunter experience, ideally in telematics, fleet management, automotive, logistics, or enterprise SaaS.
• Own reliable vehicle and a valid driver’s license are mandatory.
• Documented proof of consistently hitting monthly new-business sales targets.
• Must travel daily across the territory with own vehicle and valid license.
• Strong understanding of fleet operational costs and enterprise buying cycles.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, cold-call, network, and convert enterprise B2B fleet opportunities from scratch.
• Pitch complex telematics and fleet-management solutions to C-level executives and managers.
• Engage with senior stakeholders to build credibility and long-term pipeline.
• Manage full commercial negotiations, SLAs, and financing structures.
