Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of enterprise account management experience.
- Proven track record of growing large enterprise accounts.
- Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Experience with CRM systems like Salesforce.
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of high-value enterprise client accounts.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans for upselling and cross-selling.
- Conduct regular business reviews with clients.
- Be the main point of contact for client inquiries and escalations.
- Collaborate with internal technical and support teams.
- Identify risks and mitigation strategies.
- Stay informed about industry trends and cloud technologies.
- Prepare and present proposals, contracts, and documentation.
