Job summary

The Recruitment Pig is seeking an Enterprise Account Manager to take full ownership of a portfolio of corporate clients across South Africa. You will work with certified cloud engineers to deliver results and deepen expertise in cloud technologies.

Qualifications

3–5 years of successful account management experience in the IT sector.
Direct experience handling Microsoft Azure solutions or CSP licensing accounts.
Proven track record of working with corporate IT managers and procurement teams.

Responsibilities

Build strong relationships with corporate enterprise clients across South Africa.
Host regular review sessions with client technical managers and decision-makers.
Review monthly cloud billing to ensure accurate invoicing.
Identify opportunities to adopt additional Microsoft Azure services for clients.
Collaborate with cloud architects to prepare commercial proposals.
Manage contract renewals to secure long-term retention.
Maintain CRM notes and account progress.
