Sandi Crowther Recruitment is seeking an experienced Enterprise Account Manager for cloud services based in Durban. You will manage a portfolio of high-value enterprise clients, drive strategic growth, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure exceptional service delivery and client satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has at least five years of enterprise account management, strong knowledge of cloud computing (IaaS/PaaS/SaaS), and proven ability to build executive-level relationships.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years in enterprise account management or strategic client relationships.
• Strong understanding of cloud services (IaaS/PaaS/SaaS).
• Excellent communication and executive-level presentation skills.
• Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and cross-functional collaboration.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science or related field.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and grow a portfolio of high-value enterprise client accounts.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans for upsell and cross-sell of cloud services.
• Conduct regular business reviews to align on performance and future strategy.
• Serve as main client contact for inquiries and escalations, ensuring timely resolution.
• Collaborate with technical and support teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Identify risks and craft mitigation strategies to retain clients.
• Stay informed on industry trends and cloud technologies.
• Prepare and present proposals, contracts, and sales documentation.
