Qualifications

• 3+ years of B2B solution sales experience.
• Strong ability to negotiate and close deals with C-level executives.
• Experience selling ICT and telecom solutions.
• Self-motivated, hardworking and disciplined with accountability.
• High energy and resilience with a drive to succeed.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Own reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license.
• Degree in Business, Marketing or related field advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Drive 100% new business acquisition across enterprise and corporate markets.
• Confidently negotiate and present at boardroom level.
• Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline with follow-up.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activity.
• Collaborate with internal departments and provide leadership to junior BDMs.
• Report on sales activity and market intelligence to senior leadership.
