Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Drive 100% new business acquisition across enterprise markets.
• Negotiate and present at boardroom level and secure strategic deals.
• Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline with consistent follow-up.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to exceed revenue targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to junior BDMs.
• Report on sales activity, pipeline progress and market intel.
