Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
- 4+ years in design/engineering of energy storage systems.
- Strong knowledge of Li-ion chemistries and EMS.
- Experience with grid codes and interconnection standards.
- Experience with MATLAB/Simulink or PSS/E is a plus.
- Excellent analytical and collaborative skills.
Responsibilities
- Design and engineer ESS including BESS and hybrid systems.
- Conduct feasibility studies and site assessments.
- Develop system architecture, schematics, and models.
- Oversee integration of ESS with renewables and grids.
- Collaborate with vendors and engineering partners.
- Perform commissioning, testing, and troubleshooting.
- Analyze performance data and optimize costs.
