Qualifications
- Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, power electronics, or related field.
- 7+ years experience in energy storage, power electronics or grid systems.
- Deep knowledge of Li-ion chemistries, BMS, and inverters.
- Experience with energy modelling and simulations.
Responsabilités
- Lead design, engineering and integration of BESS for grid-scale and commercial applications.
- Develop specs for batteries, inverters, chargers and control systems.
- Perform system-level energy capacity planning and performance modelling.
- Oversee commissioning, testing and validation of energy storage systems.
- Mentor junior engineers and ensure safety and standards compliance.
