Job summary

DLK Group in Cape Town is seeking an End User Support Technician to provide hands-on support for desktops, laptops, tablets and mobile devices, ensuring timely restoration of services and user satisfaction. You will troubleshoot hardware and software issues and document incidents.

The role involves field support across metro sites, travel as needed, and working 8-hour shifts, including weekends and public holidays. A valid driver’s license and physical fitness are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years IT support experience.
• ITIL Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for end-user devices (desktops, laptops, tablets, smartphones).
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve hardware and software issues.
• Support end-user environment and assist in restoration of services.
• Provide field support across metro locations as required.
• Record, track, manage, and escalate incidents, issues and risks.
• Maintain effective communication with end users and stakeholders.
