Job summary

IT Empowerment Consulting is seeking a capable IT Support professional to provide desktop and end-user assistance across devices, applications, and peripherals. You will diagnose hardware/software issues, manage incidents in ITSM, and ensure timely resolutions.

You will administer Microsoft 365, manage Active Directory and Entra ID, and support endpoint devices using Intune and SCCM/MECM. A strong customer-service mindset and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Matric and a technology-related qualification are required.

Responsibilities

• Provide desktop and end-user support for desktops, laptops, tablets, mobile devices, and peripherals.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and business applications.
• Support Microsoft 365 applications including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint.
• Configure printers, scanners, docking stations, and related peripherals.
• Log, track, and resolve incidents using ITSM platforms.
• Escalate issues to appropriate support teams when needed.
• Manage user accounts in Active Directory and Entra ID; assist with onboarding/offboarding.
• Deploy and maintain endpoint devices; manage configurations with Intune, SCCM/MECM.
• Coordinate application issues with vendors and technical teams when required.
• Maintain accurate asset inventory and lifecycle management of devices.
• Deliver professional customer service and user training when required.
